Do I pay when I book?
No. You add a card to secure your appointment and nothing is charged today. You settle in studio after your treatment. A small fee only applies if you miss the appointment or cancel late.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Every confirmation email has a link to manage your booking, so you can reschedule or cancel in a couple of taps.
Where are you based?
In the town centre. The full address is sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
What should I expect?
A warm, unrushed treatment tailored to you. We are open days, evenings and weekends.
